We register your company on the Apprenticeship India portal, bring ITI and trade apprentices, complete contracts, and follow up stipend claims under NAPS.

We handle NATS portal work for diploma and graduate apprentices — vacancy posting, OJT, contracts and stipend reimbursement with BOAT.

We are the industry partner for D.Voc, B.Voc and Bachelor Vocational. Training happens at your factory. The partner college or university gives the certificate or degree.

NAPS and NATS — we do the portal work from Manesar.
Many factories want apprentices but do not have time for portal work. SSMS handles both schemes. NAPS is under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. NATS is under the Ministry of Education / BOAT. You can run both together.

We implement and manage paperwork for NAPS/NATS on your behalf as an authorized Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) partner in the name of Shree Shyam Manpower Services. Stipend share and claim rules follow the current government scheme.

SSMS is the industry partner. The partner college or university gives the diploma or degree. Students take on-job training at your factory — machines, 5S and line discipline. If they fit, you can absorb them later.
D.Voc
Diploma of Vocation for Class 10 pass candidates who want a longer, skill-based route into production and maintenance.
B.Voc
Bachelor of Vocation after 10+2. Student can exit after one year (certificate), two years (diploma) or three years (degree), with a on-job experience.
Bachelor Vocational
Degree-level vocational courses linked to manufacturing, electronics, warehouse and quality work in this area.

SSMS started in 2022 to help factories get reliable contract manpower without keeping a big hiring team in-house. We are an MSME-registered business with PF and ESIC payroll, based at Shri Radhey Hospital, Manesar — close to IMT and the Bawal–Neemrana belt.

Questions factory HR usually asks
Do you only work in IMT Manesar?
The office is in Manesar. We regularly send manpower to Gurugram, Bawal, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Neemrana and Ghiloth. Other nearby plants we take after a short discussion.
Are contract workers on SSMS payroll?
Yes. Contract staff are on Shree Shyam Manpower Services payroll, with PF and ESIC as applicable. Day-to-day work at the plant is under your supervision.
Can you run NAPS and NATS together?
Yes. NAPS is usually for ITI and shop-floor trades. NATS is usually for diploma and graduate apprentices. We fix the trades first, then start portal work.
Do you award D.Voc or B.Voc degrees?
No. The partner college or university gives the qualification. SSMS is the industry partner and places trainees on a real shop floor.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. GST details appear on every invoice and we share them on request.
